That thought is where this started. Our founder Arnold watched capable people at university, people whose work he knew first hand, send application after application into silence. The talent was not the problem. Getting it onto a page a stranger reads in six seconds was.
Four of us came together around it, from tech and from finance, and built the thing we wished those friends had had. Not a template filler. Something that reads a job posting properly, finds the parts of your history that answer it, and puts them where a reader will see them.

What we hold to
Nothing invented, ever
The product rewrites and reorders what you give it. It does not add achievements you did not have. Every suggestion arrives as a change you approve, because a resume you cannot defend in an interview is worse than no help at all.
Privacy is not a feature we sell
Your name, contacts and links are stripped out before any document is processed and restored on your side afterwards. The model works on your experience without learning who you are. We do not sell or share your data.
