FAQ

Which email addresses qualify?

The address your university issued you, on the domain it uses for students. We check it against a directory of around ten thousand universities worldwide, so most are recognised, including addresses on a department or campus subdomain.

Do I need a credit card?

No. The free months are granted to your account, so nothing is charged and no card is taken.

What happens when the free months end?

Your account moves to Starter, the free plan. Your profile, resumes and applications all stay where they are. Subscribe whenever you want to keep Premium, or carry on free.

My university was not recognised. What now?

Tell us on the contact page and we will look at adding it. The directory we check is community-maintained, so a missing university is usually a gap in its data rather than a decision on our side.

Can I get it more than once?

Once per account. Offers also run for a set number of places, so it is worth signing up while yours is open.
