FirstResume's collaboration with CUHK MBA Programme

Last week, FirstResume had the privilege of hosting a workshop at the CUHK MBA Career Accelerating Programme (CAP) where we shared insights on how AI is transforming career landscapes across industries and how future business leaders can gear up for this exciting shift. To make things more practical, we dedicated a chapter to introduce AI fundamentals. I believe it’s so important—especially for talents from non-tech backgrounds—to understand how AI works at its core. You don’t need to be a coder to leverage AI effectively, but having that foundational understanding is key to mastering it and applying it in real-world contexts. I’m so glad that the room was full of energy, everyone was so engaged and inspired during the session. Turns out, diving into tech doesn’t have to be boring!
