  • The sidebar

  • Inside an application

Six destinations, one account menu, and a much smaller app on a phone. Come back here when a page you remember has gone missing.

The sidebar

On a computer the sidebar runs down the left of every page:

  • Applications is your tracker. Every job you add lands here.
  • Jobs searches live postings you can add to your applications.
  • Pathfinder explores career paths that suit your profile.
  • Resume opens the resume builder, where your resumes live and where you set a Primary one.
  • Profile is your career record, with Job Preferences on a second tab. It shows only while you are signed in.
  • New Application is the pill with a plus. Paste an advert here to start a job. Desktop only.

Edit
My Profile, reached from Profile in the sidebar; the top bar names the page you are on.

Under those sit Upgrade to Premium, which reads Activate account or Request Upgrade on a university account and disappears once you are paying; Collapse, which shrinks the sidebar to a rail of icons and turns into Expand; and Refer & Earn, hidden on university accounts.

The top bar names the page you are on, such as "My Profile".

Your account menu

The button at the bottom of the sidebar opens a menu headed by your email and an account row, "Personal · Free Plan" or your university and its plan. Below that: Account Settings, Feedback, Help & Support, Join Community, Help and Sign Out.

The plan pill in that row is a shortcut. It opens Settings on the Subscription tab, where your credit balance lives. See Understand your plan and credits.

Inside an application

Opening a job replaces the top bar with the job title, the company in grey, a status dropdown (Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer, Rejected) and a Progress button that opens the action checklist. Seven tabs run underneath: Job Summary, Compatibility, Research, Resume, Cover Letter, Out Reach, Interview.

On a phone

The sidebar becomes a header with a menu button. That menu holds three items, Applications, Jobs and Profile, above the note "For the full experience, please visit on desktop." Any other address sends you to Jobs, there is no New Application button, and signing in lands you on Jobs. Inside an application the tab bar becomes a dropdown, and editing Job Summary and the board view of your tracker need a computer.

You can open Applications while signed out, though the page asks you to sign in before it saves anything.
