Post jobs for your students

Put your own vacancies on your students' job board, fill in the fields the form requires, edit a post afterwards, and count the clicks.

A vacancy you add in Job Posts appears on your own students' Jobs board, under a source named after your organisation.

Post a job

The first time you open the section it reads No jobs posted yet, with "Add your first job to make it visible to students on the job board." and a button reading Add your first job. After that, Add job sits above your list of posts on the left and the selected post on the right.

The form, Add a new job post, marks its required fields with an asterisk: Job Title, Company, Job URL, Employment Type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract or Internship), Work Arrangement (Remote, On-site or Hybrid), Job Description, and Min Salary and Max Salary in HKD.

The rest are optional and worth the minute they cost. Countries and Cities place the role for students filtering by location. Skills, Responsibilities and Benefits fill out the detail a student reads before applying, and a toggle records whether the employer sponsors visas. Point Job URL at the employer's own application page rather than a listing that will vanish in a fortnight.

About the Job

Our 2027 Graduate Analyst Programme takes final-year and master's students through two-year rotations across corporate banking, markets and risk. You will join a cohort of around thirty analysts in Hong Kong, with a dedicated mentor and a permanent placement at the end of the programme.

Core Responsibilities

Prepare credit and market analysis for client teams, maintain the portfolio dashboards used in weekly reviews, and support senior bankers on live transactions from pitch to close.

Benefits

  • Sign-on bonus and study support for the CFA Level I
  • Medical and dental cover from day one
  • Two rotation choices in the second year

Visa Sponsorship

No

Job Posts: the list of posted roles on the left and the selected post's detail on the right.

Fix a post rather than repost it

Open the post from the list on the left, change what you need, and the portal confirms the job was updated. Use it for a broken Job URL, a closing date buried in the description or a salary band that has moved, so your board carries one entry per vacancy.

Where students find it

Your posts sit on the student Jobs board under the Job Source filter, in an entry named after your organisation. A student can look at yours alone or see them mixed in with everything else FirstResume finds for them.

The Jobs tab on the dashboard counts what happens next: Most Popular Added Jobs lists company, title and click count, alongside Total job clicks. Before anyone clicks, it reads "No job clicks recorded yet."

Tips

  • Write the description the way the employer would. Students read it as the listing.
  • Post early in the term, then check the click counts a fortnight later to see what landed.
  • Salary is required, so agree a band with the employer before you sit down to post.
