Refer a friend and earn credits
Copy your referral link from Refer & Earn, track the friends who sign up and finish onboarding, and claim credit rewards at each milestone.
Invite someone who is also job hunting and you both get free credits. Your link, your running total and your unclaimed rewards sit in one dialog.
Before you start
Refer & Earn is for personal accounts. Sign up through your university and the gift icon is not in your sidebar at all.
Share your link
- Press Refer & Earn, the gift icon at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Press Copy Link under Share your Referral Link. A toast reads "Link copied to clipboard!" Paste it into a group chat, an email or a society newsletter.
- Or press one of the Share on buttons for Telegram, WhatsApp, X or LinkedIn.
A friend has to arrive through your link and then finish onboarding, the short set-up after their first sign-in. Someone who opens the link and stops, or signs up without it, does not count, so nudge them through to the end. The line reading "You have {count} successful referral(s)" is the score that matters.
Claim a reward
Each milestone row names how many friends it wants and what it pays, whether that is AI resume tailorings, application kits or job searches. A pill beside it shows how far along you are.
Reach the target and Claim reward comes alive. Press it, the button changes to Claimed, and the credits land on the Subscription tab of Settings in the rows they belong to. Milestones are claimed one at a time, so come back as your count climbs rather than waiting for the last one.
FirstResume sets the milestones and the rewards and can change them. Read what the dialog says today rather than what a friend was offered last term.
