Use the Question Bank
Browse real interview questions by difficulty, company and category, each with an explanation, one or two model answers and the key points.
The Question Bank is a library of questions real companies have asked, separate from your own applications. Each one comes with an explanation, one or two model answers and the points a good reply covers.
Before you start
The Question Bank is not in the sidebar and never appears there. Open https://app.firstresume.ai/panel/question-bank and bookmark it. Use a desktop browser; there is no mobile version. Sign in before you go, or the answers stay blurred behind "Sign in / Sign up to view answer examples for free".
Find a question
- Set any of the three filters at the top: Filter by difficulty, Filter by company and Filter by category. They combine.
- Order the list with Sort by (date) or Sort by (difficulty).
- Each card carries the question, a category chip, the company that asked it and its difficulty. Click one to open it.
- Twenty questions fit on a page. Next at the bottom brings the rest.
Combining all three filters empties the list often enough to catch people out. "No questions found for:" and your filters means loosen one, usually the company.
Read the answer
The detail page repeats the title, category, company and difficulty, then gives you Explanation, the background to the question; Answer to the question, a full model answer, sometimes joined by a Second answer to the question; and Key points, what a strong reply covers.
Read Key points first and draft your own reply before you look at the model answer. Comparing the two teaches you more than reading one.
Tips
- Filter by the company you are interviewing with, then drop that filter and keep the category, to see how others phrase the same question.
- Nothing here saves. You cannot bookmark a question or write your own answer against it, so keep your drafts somewhere of your own.
- To rehearse a question out loud, add it to an application's Interview tab with Ask a Custom Question, then run a mock interview. See Prepare with the Interview tab.
