Open your settings
Find the Settings dialog behind your name in the sidebar, and know which of its four tabs holds your details, plan, language and codes.
Your account settings are not a page, which is why looking for one turns up nothing. They live in a dialog behind your name at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Open it
- Sign in at https://app.firstresume.ai.
- Click your name in the bottom row of the sidebar, beside your avatar and your plan pill.
- Choose Account Settings from the menu. The dialog opens on Account.
Close it with the X in the top right corner.
The four tabs
- Account holds your first name, last name, email, password and the delete button. See Change your account details.
- Subscription holds your current plan and its status, your credit balance for each feature, and your invoices. See Understand your plan and credits.
- Language sets the language of the interface and the language the AI writes in. See Set your app and AI languages.
- Redemption Center takes a code and lists any offers your account qualifies for. See Redeem a code or claim an offer.
The shortcut worth knowing
The plan pill next to your name opens the dialog straight on Subscription, skipping the menu. Use it to check your credits before a run of applications.
The rest of that menu, Feedback, Help & Support, Join Community, Help and Sign Out, changes nothing about your account. Two neighbours in the same corner do. Upgrade to Premium sits above your name while you are on Starter (free) and disappears once you are on a paid plan. Refer & Earn, the gift icon, opens a dialog of its own rather than Settings; see Refer a friend and earn credits.
